She is a board certified specialist in Sleep Medicine by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Medical Director of the Weill Cornell Center for Sleep Medicine. Over the past 20 years, Dr. Krieger has been actively involved in patient care, training of sleep specialists, sleep disorders education and research.

Nir Barzilai, MD – Director of the Institute for Aging Research at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Director of the Paul F. Glenn Center for the Biology of Human Aging Research
Dr. Barzilai discovered the first “longevity gene” in humans. His research established that the gene variant that leads to high HDL, or “good cholesterol,” is linked to healthy aging and extreme longevity. In addition to his “longevity gene” research, Dr. Barzilai studies key mechanisms involved in the biology of aging, including how nutrients and genetics influence lifespan. His goal as a scientist is to help people live healthier, not to live longer.

Jordan Metzl
With a practice of more than 20,000 patients, Dr. Metzl is widely known for his passion for sports medicine and fitness. He completed his residency training at Tufts Medical Center in Boston and Sports Medicine Fellowship Training programs at both Vanderbilt University and at Harvard Medical School.
In addition to his busy medical practices in New York City and Stamford, Connecticut, Dr. Metzl is the author of the bestselling titles Running Strong, The Exercise Cure, and Athlete’s Book of Home Remedies, and has also authored three other books including The Young Athlete. Dr. Metzl is the medical columnist for Triathlete Magazine.
