Dr. William Kelley has an MA and a PhD in Counseling Psychology with a focus on mind-body psychology. He uses hypnotherapy to help you to surrender to the moment and be more present in your daily life.

Join William as he breaks down these fun and easy-to-follow moves. Cardio Groove is a dynamic fitness fusion combining modern dance, hip-hop. drumming, and other modalities–all wrapped together into one awesome routine!

Get to know William:

Growing up, I was never very physically active. Through necessity, I started exercising, but quickly realized that it had so many direct and indirect benefits that I was hooked. Being active, eating nutritionally, and meditating are not just things I do—they literally are who I am, and I’m so pleased to be able to share this journey with people who want the same benefits I’ve experienced since 1995. I’ve become especially interested in the mind-body-spirit connection, and so I am extremely focused on anything and everything that allows each of these areas to impact and improve the others. I wasn’t born with amazing genetics, and I never had a lot of self-confidence as a kid, so the focus I have now really helps me to feel the best I can, and for that I am extremely grateful!

Self-Care/Self-Massage

Don’t wait until you aren’t feeling good to start caring for your body. Instead, William shows you how to develop a practice of self-focus, self-care, and self-love that allows you to focus positively on yourself. In this program, you’ll integrate mind-body techniques including breathing, visualization, stretching, and massage.

Core Focus Yoga and Relaxation

No matter your age or fitness level, William has designed this yoga routine to be gentle and easily modifiable. Do just the first 30 minutes for a gentle session with mindfulness, or the full class for a complete practice including more challenging poses.

Q) What’s your favorite aspect of group fitness?

A) While I also enjoy individual fitness activities, there is something powerful that happens when people come together with a shared purpose and activity. I know that I work harder when I’m in a group setting, and I like the encouragement and inspiration we can share with each other. It feels good to know that you accomplished something, and to be around other people that are achieving their goals is amazing!

A) I prefer to be an early bird, but work requirements sometimes make me both. 😊

A) Tea! 🍵

Q) What are your “words to live by”?
A) “Only kindness matters.” – Jewel 💕

Q) Who inspires you?
A) This probably sounds corny, but I am inspired by people in my life who might not be famous but are famous to me. My parents. My clients and students. I’m inspired by those who dedicate themselves to a purpose, and live with integrity. 💯
